J. Am Jance Fans will savor “insider” tales of her popular series spotlighting Seattle homicide detective J.P. Beaumont — Beau to his friends — who became suddenly rich in a wicked plot twist and now looks over the waterfront from a penthouse HIGH in Belltown Terrace. And Cochlse County Sheriff Joanna Brady, who lives on HIGH Lonesome Ranch near Bisbee, Ariz. Duty calls Brady from the desert to the Chiricahua Mountains. Jance is on tour to promote Man Overboard, latest in her Ali Reynolds series. Reynolds, a former Los Angeles news anchor, turned to solving mysteries in this suspense series. Jance, who grew up in Bisbee, now lives with her husband in Seattle and Tucson, Ariz.

THIS SPRING FUNDRAISER co-hosted by Renton and Kent clubs helps to support Soroptimist Live Your Dream Awards and other programs and action to improve the lives of women and girls — locally and around the globe. We’ll introduce two women who are winners of our 2017 LYD education and training awards.
